She was predeceased by: her husband John H. Wayne. She is survived by: her children, John, Jr. (Hollie), Mark (Lauren), Michelle (Herb) and Matthew; her grandchildren, Daniel, Luke, Josh, Ilana, Avery and Anna; and her siblings, Carol Cavanaugh, Bill and Bob Rogers.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to be made to the Almonesson United Methodist Church, Susan G. Komen Foundation, the Melanoma Research Foundation, or the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Arlene's memory.
