She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lusk and Mary Lusk (Cocozza); her husband Edward C. Puth Sr. (NJ); and her son Edward C. Puth Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Nancy Puth, Pamela Puth Bosmans (Craig) and Charles Puth (Debra); her daughter-in-law Cindy Puth; her grandchildren, Angela Puth Satter, Edward Puth, Craig Bosmans Jr., Charles Otto Puth Jr., Stephen Carl Puth and Mikaela Kerril Puth Ford; and her great grandchildren, Preston Satter, Logan Satter, Peyton Bosmans, Miles Bosmans, Noah Bosmans, Melania Puth, Lailah Puth, Edward Puth IV, Tyriannah Reaves, Pierce Otto Ford and Charlotte Lucy Ford.
