He was predeceased by: his sister Elizabeth. He is survived by: his significant other Jennifer; his children, Seth (Heather), Kara Carcaterra (Steve), Philippa and Rebecca Witherow (Chuck); his grandchildren, Kendall, Ashley, James and Jack; his siblings, Josh (Anne), Mimi (Dick) and Debby (Perry); and his friend Jackie Henderson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
