He was predeceased by: his parents, Neiman Carpenter and Evlyna Mullins; his former wife Madeline; and his siblings, Diane Fluke and David Wayne.
He is survived by: his wife Madelyn Desmond; his children, Debra Polizois (Steve), Gail Teresa Carpenter of Brookville, PA, Michael Gene (Jackie), David Wayne and Laurence Harbor; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Andrea, Jessica, Chrissy, Stephanie, Michele and Michael.
