He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Fornataro and Evelyn (LaBriola). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Fornataro (Kat); his children, Denise Robinson (Albert) and Anthony "Tony" Fornataro (Stacey); and his granddaughters, Briana Porter (CJ), Chelsea Robinson, Mia Fornataro and Atalia Fornataro.
