She was predeceased by: her former husband Nathaniel Whetstone; her daughter Tawanna Whetstone; and her brother Peter Friday. She is survived by: her husband Donald Baskerville; her children, Donnette Whetstone (John Watson), Nathaniel Whetstone (Saundra Benthall) and Michael Whetstone (Loretta Whetstone); her grandchildren, Shmeika, Marcus (Jadynne), David, Tyrand, Samirah, Diedra (Laquan), Michael "Malik", Kiyasia, Shadonna and Yahira; and her close friends, Tamara Loftin, Kizzy Wilson and Theressa Moora. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
