He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Anna; and his brother John. He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Farese (Rocco Caruso) and Christine Principato (John Principato); his grandsons, Anthony, Giovanni, Vincenzo and Alessandro; and his brothers, Bobby (Ilah), Teddy (Marge) and Jimmy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request contributions in Michael's name be made to the American Cancer Society.
