He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Charles, Adelberta and Matilda. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Hertling (Sharon) of Monroe Twp and Carol Nickell (Frank) of Water Mill, NY; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Sara Hertling, Joey and Thomas Nickell.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home (205 Rhode Hall Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord RC Church (185 Applegarth Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831). An entombment will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Burial Park (840 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08810).
