He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Marie Rios; his grandson Jason; and his brothers, Anibal Rios (Nico), Guito Rios (Luis) and Frankie Rios (Efrain).
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Thompson (Ward) of Phillipsburg, NJ, Phyllis Mordoh (Stuart) of Edison, NJ and Deborah Rios of Parlin, NJ; his siblings, Arcenio Rios, Jose Rodriguez of Lockhaven, PA., Maria Milagros Arce of East Stroudsburg, PA and Evangelina Quiones of Newark, NJ; and also Eileen Lynch-Barnes of Roselle, NJ.. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, 12 great -grandchildren.
