She was predeceased by: her parent Jecomb Gillian; her husband Owen Phifer; and her mother Mildred Wilson. She is survived by: her daughter Gail Lorraine Wilson; her granddaughter Ashley Marie Wilson; her godchildren, Lauren Steele and Nicole "Nicky" Cabbagestalk; her great grandchildren, Ariana Nicole Paulino and Joel Owen Paulino; and her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Phifer and Lois Betts (Roland). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
