Phillips; his son Dr. Rodney R. Phillips; his daughter-in-law Yvonne B. Phillips; his children, Alisa J. Rivera and Darren R. Phillips; his daughter-in-law Pam Andes-Phillips; his grandchildren, Alexandra Rivera, Xavier Rivera, Aliva Rivera, Aris Andes-Phillips, Sean Andes-Phillips and Melody Andes-Phillips; his sister Sheila Reese; his brother-in-law Jim Reese; his niece Caitlin Konger (Chad Konger); his brother Barry Phillips (Sue Phillips); his brother-in-law William Kakstys; his nephews, Clint Kakstys and Jesse Kakstys; and also, Ivy Konger and Nikki Hudak.
