She was predeceased by: her husband Edward P. Smith, II. She is survived by: her children, Edward Diaz (Vanessa), Robert Roman (Norma), Anthony Smith (Alice), Dolores Smith, Edward P. Smith, Ill (Grace), Patricia (Brian Clarke) and Michelle (John Loutas).
In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Contribution can be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital for Children, a favorite Charity for both Pauline & Edward P. Smith.
