He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara and James P. Minitelli, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Kaitlin Noele Minitelli; his brother James P. Minitelli, Jr.; his former wife Theresa; and his cousins, Kristin, Andrew, Joseph, Elizabeth, Theresa and MaryKate.

Funeral services and burial were held private on Monday, November 23, 2020 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
