He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anthony, Anna Marie Baldassarre, Bernard and Margaret Meyer. He is survived by: his parents, Nicholas and Robin; his brothers, David and Joseph (Ken); and his aunts and uncles, Ralph Baldassarre, Rose Rigby, Anthony Baldassarre, Frank Baldassarre, Louis Baldassarre, Diane Dear, William Meyer, Barbara Meyer, Mike Meyer and John Meyer. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to a drug and alcohol prevention charity of your choice.
