He was predeceased by: his wives, Dolor and Dolores; his son Anthony; his granddaughter Meghan; his brothers, Joseph, Anthony, Lou and George; and his parents, Linden and Kenilworth.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie LaFalce (Jack) and Camille Fortunato (Michael); his grandchildren, Christine Tsipouras (Raymond), Michael Fortunato, John LaFalce III (Jaime) and Stephen LaFalce; his great grandchildren, Gianna and Alexa LaFalce; and his sister Sara Waidlich.
