He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay and John Sr.; and his sisters, Fay and Geraldine. He is survived by: his fiancée Joann Spagnuolo; his close friends, Pat Agoglia, Angelo Chic Cicariello and Kim Christenson; and his caregiver Alba.
