He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph (Victoria Cwiak) and NJ; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Cwiak (Keri) and Kristine Fennes (Wayne); his grandchildren, Alexander and Annaliese Cwiak; and also Janice.
