He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leslie and Hazel Faulkner. He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his daughters, Donna (Patrick Szotak, Sr.) and Denise (Jeffrey Albrecht); his grandchildren, Patrick Szotak, Jr., Kimberly Albrecht and Emily Albrecht; and his sisters, Dorothy Williamson of Whiting, NJ and Erma Ward of Cranford, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
