He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Sr. Azzati and Jacqueline Azzati; his wife Barbara Azzati; his daughter Jaclyn Azzati; and his sister Rena Seragusa.
He is survived by: his son David; his daughter-in-law Nicole; his grandchildren, Kasey Delarosa, RJ Delarosa and Craig Azzati; and his sister Michele Azzati.
Due to Covid-19, private burial will be at Beth David Memorial Park, Kenilworth, NJ.
