He was predeceased by: his sister Joan Mahon. He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Kelly; his daughters, Kristine Kelly, Kathryn (Tim Jabbour) and Kerry (Tom Smyth); his grandchildren, Timothy, Andrew, Declan, Patrick, Thomas, Mackenna and Dylan; and his siblings, Charles Kelly (Maureen) and Rita Pecyna.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, cancer.org.
