She was predeceased by: her former husband William A. Strake; and her husband James G. Carroll. She is survived by: her children, William A. Strake, Jr. (Elizabeth Barrett), Mary Anne Stretch (Terence), Jeannie Collins (William), Susan Carroll and Christine Simone (Andrew); her stepchildren, Joanne Carroll Waritz, Thomas Carroll and Elaine Carroll; her grandchildren, Kathleen, Tyler (Aly), William, Brian (Crystal), Kimberly (Tyler), Christine, Matthew (Torrey), Nicole, Michelle, Will and Megan; her great grandchildren, Dominick, Dominic, William, Colin, Scarlett and Sienna; and her brothers, James Louise Downey O. P., James Joseph Downey, Jr. (Gretchen), James Francis Downey, James Daniel Downey (Judy) and James Stephen Downey (Marilyn). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives and friends.
