She was predeceased by: her parents, Mercurio Scala and Maria Carmella Pedulla; her husband Deacon Robert Puglisi; and her sister Josephine Pedulla. She is survived by: her daughters, Doreen, Maria (Bill Hammer) and Melisa (Denise Figueroa); her grandchildren, Vincent, Alex, Melanna and Alicia; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Levi, Selah, Nora and Siena.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Catholic Charities or to Franciscan Charities.
