She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vincent Forte and Irene Forte; her brother Raymond Forte; her children, Kevin, Patrick Jr., Jackie and Casey; her children-in-law, Anna O'Reilly, Trish O'Reilly and Glenn Lanzl; and her grandchildren, John Patrick O'Reilly (Christina), Mitchell, Russell and Christopher Lanzl.
