He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Motyleski (Peggy); and his grandparents, Julia Motyleski (Judy), Edward Motyleski, Helen Skowronski and Raymond Skowronski.
He is survived by: his wife Tamara Williams-Motyleski; his stepson Corey Williams-Powell; his father Michael Motyleski, Sr.; his sister Michele Motyleski; his nephew Kyler Motyleski; and his niece Alexis Motyleski. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
