She is survived by: her sons, David R. (Maria Csik) and Dale (Rose Csik); her son-in-law Lawrence Kern; and her grandchildren, Justin, Lawrence D., Samantha, Jonathan, Erik and Amanda. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
