She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Blinn and Mary Blinn (McNeil); and her brothers, Samuel Blinn and Ralph Blinn. She is survived by: her siblings, Rita Blinn and Randy Blinn (Rose) of Candor; and her sister-in-law Ila Blinn of Endicott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
