He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur T. Titzell and Agnes Regina Phee Titzell. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lynch Titzell; his sons, Arthur T. Titzell, III of Naples and Philip Titzell (Meredith) of Cary; and his grandchildren, MacKenna and Caden.
