He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene H. Egbert and Lois M. Egbert (Leacy); his wife Dawn Christine Egbert (Santo); his children, Scott of Rockaway Township and Jenna Egbert of Rockaway Township; his siblings, Richard Egbert (Debra) of Parsippany, James Egbert (Tammie) of Pinellas Park, FL, Donald Egbert of Gulfport, FL, John Egbert (Nancy) of Roxbury, Marie Leaming (Tom) of Waretown and Lynn Lesko (John) of Oxford, NJ.; his in-laws, Arthur and Barbara Santo of Rockaway Township; his nieces and nephews, Brian Egbert, Leacy Leaming, Emily Egbert, Jamie Egbert, Tyler Egbert, Shane Leaming and Jessica Petrillo (Nick); his great-nephew Bentley Wexler; and his friends, Mike and Kristie Taylor.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Norman Dean Home (16 Righter Ave, Denville, NJ 07834). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the same location. A procession was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
