He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Faillace; his children, Devin, Kayla and Sean; his pet C. C.; his grandmother Winifred Schurek; his brother David Rosen (Paul Reitz); his parents-in-law, Angelo and Mary Ann Faillace; his brothers-in-law, Joseph (AnnMarie) and Jeffrey (Meghan); his aunt Diane Coates; and his cousin Cheri Richman. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Memorial donations are being accepted in his memory by way of Go Fund Me to support his children's education and at Catskills Animal Sanctuary to honor his love of animals.
