He is survived by: his parents, John and Teresa; his daughter Vanessa of Pine Beach, NJ.; his brothers, Nick of Mt. Hope and Guy Robert Raffa of Cape May; his grandmother Ann Carper of Mt. Hope; his uncle Rich; his aunts, Julie Carper of Mt. Hope and Margaret Hand; and also Hopatcong.
