He is survived by: his wife Kathi; his mother Wilma; his children, Craig (Debbie) of Andover and Cindy Belavilas Moreno (Helmut); his stepdaughter Jessica Kulig (John Vorst) of Sparta; his grandchildren, Heather, Holly, Caylee, Alyssa, Noah, Delilah, Layla and Lucy; his sister Sharon Kurt; his niece Deanna Dickerhoff (Dave); and his nephew Steven Maka.
