Whitney of Allen, Texas; his children, Richard F. Whitney II of Arlington, Virginia and Melissa W. Letow of Plano, Texas; his siblings, James Whitney of Avon-By, Karen Degennaro of Rockaway and Jan Beale of Wharton; and his grandchildren, Gehrig Whitney, Gwendolyn Whitney, Graelyn Whitney, Gabriella Whitney and Mason Letow.
