He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Waldek and Susan Waldek. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Kim McCarthy (Thomas) of Suwanee, GA, Kristine Waldek and Karl Waldek (Cassandra) of Branchburg, NJ; his grandchildren, Kendall, Kadyn McCarthy, Juliet and Jackson Waldek; his cousins, Trudy Pendrak and Joseph Gross; and also Adam Cichowski of Rockaway Twp. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
