She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Amato and Victoria Amato; her husband Ralph Simard; and her brother Ralph Amato. She is survived by: her children, Suzette Simard, Victoria Scholtz (Douglas) and Andre Simard (Dawn); and her caregiver Winnie Alano.
