She was predeceased by: her son Richard Bateson. She is survived by: her husband Robert Bateson; her daughters, Bobette Salagaj and Carolyn Nelson; and her sisters, Gertrude Taylor and Mary Lou Kelly. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
