He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kimberly Higgins (Kepler) of Rockaway, NJ; his daughters, Ashley Higgins and Lindsey Higgins of Rockaway, NJ.; his sisters, Carol Mannino of Amityville, NY and Kathy Presuto of Coram, NY.; his father-in-law Anthony Kepler of Rockaway, NJ; his sister-in-law Jo Ann Daly of Rockaway, NJ; and his close friend Mark (Rosemarie Rollino) of Long Island, NY.. He was also cherished by his wife, children, family and friends and his nephew Thomas with whom he was a father.
