He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joyce Cougle, and John F. Cougle, Sr.; his uncle Kenneth; his siblings, Deborah Smith (Brian) and John Frank Cougle, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Smith (Teresa), Courtney Wood (Tyler) and John Frank Cougle III (Gillian); his goddaughter Baylee; his aunts, Gail Clodfelter (Bruce) and Lynn Wilson; and also Ryan. He was also cherished by his niece, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
