It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Cougle of Rockaway, New Jersey, who passed away on March 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth and Lavina Alselben; her husband John; her brother Kenneth; her children, Deborah Smith (Brian), Kevin Arthur Cougle and John Frank Cougle, Jr.; her grandchildren, Shawn Smith (Teresa), Courtney Wood (Tyler) and John Frank Cougle III (Gillian); her great grandchildren, Baylee, Ryan, Ryder and Emery; and her siblings, Gail Clodfelter (Bruce) and Lynn Wilson. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
