He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John "Jack" Lewis; his brother John Richard Lewis (Janet); his nephew Richie Lewis; his wife Bettie Lewis; his daughters, Stephanie and Melanie Lewis; his parents-in-law, Kathie Meyers (Bill), Jimmy Lamb and Thomas Lamb; his godson Jason Kehoe; his niece Trisha Lewis; and his friend Karen Kufall. He was also cherished by extended family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
