It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jane Parr of Rockaway, New Jersey, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hegedus and Helen Hegedus; her husband Myron "Whitey" Parr; and her brother Joseph Hegedus. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Michele), Thomas (Mary Jane) and Matthew (Debbie); her grandchildren, TJ, Trevor (Kim), William, Holly, Tucker, Sophie, Joseph, Evan, Alli Rose, Liam and Emma; and her sister Helen Hunter Sharpe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Donations in Barbara's memory can be made to the Rehoboth Art League or the Lower Berkshire Valley Fire Department #3, 271 Berkshire Valley Road, Wharton, NJ 07885.
