He was predeceased by: his sisters, Chris Carrano and Barbara Donetz. He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Joanne Karolinko, Pamela Hatzis, Sandra Hickey (James) and Keith Slotwinski; and his grandchildren, Rachael, Jennifer, Samantha, Nicole (Mike), Joseph, Megan, Thomas, Amara, Ashlyn, Alex and John. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
