With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bernard McHugh (Rochelle Park, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 18, 2024 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernard McHugh to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Birdie, Mary Jo, Thomas, Michael, John and Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Tessie, Millie, Moira, Carmel and Conor Fahy.
He is survived by: his children, Caroline Petermann (Bradford) and Paul McHugh (Therese); his former wife Mary; his brother Liam; his grandchildren, Sarah Prinz (Sean), Adam Petermann (Jennifer), Dominic Calabria and Brooke Warner; and his great grandchildren, Emmy Petermann and Madison Calabria.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Volk Leber Funeral Home (268 Kinderkamack Rd, Oradell, NJ 07649). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (12 Terrace Ave, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662).
