He is survived by: his wife Claire Coogan; his children, Seanna E. Kelly and Brendan W. Kelly; his siblings, Paulanne Queen, Nancy Russ (Robert), Patricia Waugh and Kevin Kelly; his mother-in-law Evelyn Coogan; and his brothers-in-law, Hugh Coogan, Edward Coogan (Maureen) and John Coogan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
