She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis Urban and Marguerite Szkotek Urban; her husband Joseph D'Errico (Ted); her siblings, Joseph, Mary, Casper, Andrew, Adam, Rose, John and Helen; her children, Jo Ann Fotheringham (Barry Belusar) and Ronald J D'Errico (Vonda); her grandchildren, Deborah Fotheringham (Timothy Parent), Scott Fotheringham and Allison D'Errico; and her niece Clara Shlottman. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
