With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elmer C. Gafgen of Robbinsville, New Jersey, born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on July 8, 2021 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elmer C. Gafgen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Gafgen and Dorothy Gafgen; and his siblings, Thomas Gafgen and Virginia Gladwell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gafgen; his children, Tom (Debra Gafgen), Ron (Susan Gafgen), Gary (Shannon Gafgen) and DebbieJoy (Tom Polacik); his grandchildren, Kyle, Traci, Kevin, Sean, Cody, Tyler, Abigail, Carson, Ashley and Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Briana, Brooklyn, Jaxson, Luke and Addison. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that contributions be made in Elmer's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
