He is survived by: his children, David Salvatore and Claudia Salvatore; his parents, Anthony Salvatore and Geraldine Salvatore (Formaroli); his brothers, Anthony Salvatore and Jason Salvatore (Kristine); and his nieces, Isabella, Julianna and Ava Salvatore. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
