She is survived by: her daughter Kaiden Hicks; her parents, Lisa Cavalier Jarkowski and Henry Jarkowski; her brother Henry Michael Jarkowski; and her close friends, Rachel, Erica, Kerry, Ron and Jen. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Angela's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
