He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bak and Mary Choma Bak; his wife Marion B. Hilinski Bak; his daughter Lynda Bak; and his sisters, Mary Kurucz, Anna Liska, Margaret Kinal and Helen Bartkowiak.
He is survived by: his daughter Justine A. Cipriano (Michael); his grandchildren, Alexa M. Cipriano and Andrea L. Cipriano; his sister Rosemarie Lohli (Steven); and his sisters-in-law, Lynn and Kathy Hilinski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
