He was predeceased by: his father William, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Carol Kohut; his children, Grace and Kayden; his former wife Lisa; his siblings, Heather and William, Jr. (Vicki); his niece Megan; and his nephew William III. He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
