He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Baxter and Mary Baxter; his wife Jacqueline Baxter; his children, Dianne Daly and Christopher L. Baxter (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Zoe, Kane and Rory Daly; and his sister Marie Macphee.
John's Memorial Mass and Military Honors will be private due to the pandemic.
